THIRD AMENDMENT TO REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT dated/ /
191/1 , is made and entered into by and between the County of Orange, herein-
after referred to as COUNTY, and the City of Santa Ana, hereinafter referred
to as CITY.

WHEREAS, COUNTY and CITY have entered into an agreement dated May 28, 1974,
which has been previously amended on November 12, 1974, and on June 29; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained
herein, the parties hereto agree to amend said agreement as follows:
1. Exhibit "B" of Paragraph II shall be amended to read as follows:

2. Paragraph IV shall be amended to read as follows:
For the purposes of this agreement, all funds under this agree-
ment shall be disbursed or encumbered on or before June 30, 1977.
3. Paragraph X shall be amended to read as follows:
CITY agrees that $90,000 shall be used exclusively for planning
and implementing service to assist in the transportation needs
cf Senior Citizens to and from the Center. As outlined in Exhibit
C, which is attached hereto and which by this reference is incorpor-
ated herein as of fully set forth. However, before any funds may
be expended, CITY must submit all plans and proposals to'COUNTY for

approval by COUNTY'S Administrative Office or COUNTY'S Hoard of
Supervisors. Funds must be disbursed on or be Fore June 30, 1977,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto certify that they have read and under-
stand all the terms and conditions contained herein and have hereby caused
this amendment to be executed as of the date first above written, and exceft
as herein above expressly amended, each and every provision of said agreement
