ANDREWSPLACE BETWEEN STANDARD AVENUE AND THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEREAS, a petition has been filed requesting the vacation of that portion of St. Andre~Place herein described, and after study, the City Council has determined that said street is unnecessary for present and future street purposes; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on vacation of said street right of way, on notice contained in Resolution No. 61-169 declaring intention to vacate said street and was published and posted as re- quired by law; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds that that portion of St. Andre~Place herein described is unnecessary for present and prospective street purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby makes its order vacating and abandoning for street purposes that portion of St. Andre~Place in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL 1: A strip of land 60 feet in width and being 30 feet on each side of the following ~escribed line: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot D of Tract Number 696 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 20, Pages 45 and 46, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and running thence from said point of beginning South 89° 22' East along the North line of said Lot D 570.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot D. PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly by the North line of Parcel 1; bounded Westerly by the East line of Standard Avenue as shown on said map of Tract Number 696 and bounded Northeasterly by the arc of a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 20 feet and tangent to said Southerly and Westerly boundaries. PARCEL 3: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly by the South line of Parcel 1; bounded Westerly by the East line of Standard Avenue as shown on said map of Tract Number 696 and bounded Southeasterly by the arc of a curve concave Southeasterly having a radius of 20 feet and tangent to said Northerly and Westerly boundaries. RESERVING AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM a permanent easement and right of way for the construction, maintenance, opera- tion, repair, replacement and enlargement of poles and lines and conduits for the use of telephonic and tele- graphic messages, together with appurtenant structures in, upon, over and across a strip of land 5 feet in width, the South line of which is 25 feet Northerly, measured at right angles fro~ the center line of said St. Andrew Place; said 5 foot strip being bounded Westerly by the Southerly extension of the East line of Standard Avenue, said East line being 30 feet Easterly, measured at right angles, from the center line of Standard Avenue; said 5 foot strip being bounded Easterly by a line parallel with and 310 feet Easterly, measured at right angles from the center line of Standard Avenue.
