NO. 1505 OF WILLIAM ACKER WHERE ONE CONDITION IMPOSED
BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION WAS MODIFIED
WHEREAS, after hearing, the Planning Commission granted
Variance Application No. 1505, filed by William Acker, to allow the
operation of an emergency ambulance service at 2227 South Bristol
Street, Santa Aha, California, in a C-5 zone with less than the re-
quired off street parking upon the condition that said Variance was
granted for a period of six months; and
WHEREAS, Appeal Application NO. 31 was duly filed with the
City Council to modify the six months period and to increase the same;
and
WHEREAS, after a hearing before the City Council it has been
determined that said Variance should be granted upon the condition
that it be for a period of one year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council approves
the granting of said Variance under all the terms and conditions as
provided by the Planning Department and the Planning Commission,
excepting that the condition providing for the Variance to be for a
period of six months is hereby modified to provide that said Variance
shall be for a period of one year.
