agree for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, that said real property shall be
held as one parcel, and that no portion thereof shall be
sold, conveyed or otherwise transferred separately without
the prior written consent of CITY.
B. This covenant shall run with the land in per-
petuityy, and shall be binding upon the owners, encumbrancers,
their successors, heirs and assigns, and may not be removed,
modified, amended or terminated without the prior written
consent of Viae City of Santa Aria.

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 2nd
day of Sc -r 1980, by and between
Henry W. Ortlieb and Jane Ann Ortlieb ("DWHERS"), and the
City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation of the State of
California ("CITY");
W I T N E S S E T H
Recitals:
1. OWNERS have certified to CITY that they are,
jointly and severally, the owners of that certain real prop-
erty situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly described as
Lots 89 and 90 of Tract blo. 1478,
as shown on that certain map recorded in
Book 44, pages 4 and 5 of [Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California,
hereinafter referred to as "said real property."
2. OWNERS and CITY desire to enter an agree-
ment to provide that said real property shall be held as one
(1) parcel.
WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the re-
spcctive anti mutual convenants and promises hereinafter
contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and
conditions hereof, the parties hereto do hereby agree as
