CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, FIRST WESTERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY has presented to
the City a deed dated August 23, 1961, granting an easement for sewer
purposes on the East side of Tustin Avenue, North of First Street, in
consideration of the payment of $2,500.00, being consideration for
damage to orange trees and shrubs. Said transaction is to be handled
through Escrow No. 311622-ET with Title Insurance and Trust Company,
Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and H. H. Foreman, the acting City Manager, is
hereby designated as the City's agent for the purpose of signing the
Certificate of Acceptance on those certain deeds accepted by the City,
and he is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of September, 1961.

I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of
the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution
