AGREEMENT %1227 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS,DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS,
FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEM AT INTERSECTION
OF McFADDEN AND MAIN STREETS
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have reached an agreement for the
installation of traffic control signal system at the intersection of
McFadden Street and Main Street in the City of Santa Ana for the
installation and maintenance of the same and for the payment of costs
thereof, all as set forth in that certain agreement designated
AGREEMENT ~1227 between the parties hereto.
NOW,
California,
Vice-Mayor,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana,
approves said Agreement and authorizes Royal E. Hubbard,
and the Clerk of the Council to execute the same for and
on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of September,
