HomeMy WebLinkAbout61-232RESOL~fION NO. 51-232 GRANTING APPEAL APPLICATION NO. 37 FROi4 THE GRANTING OF CONDITIONAL USE PE~X'r NO. 62 TO THE PIRST CHURCH OF GOD OF SANTA ANA WHEREAS, heretofore Conditional Use Permit Ho. 52 was approved subject to conditions, and Appeal Application No. 37 was filed from the requirements of Condition No. 10; and after due hearing, the City Council determined that said Condition should be modified. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the granting of Conditional NOW, Use Permit No. 52 to the First Church of God of Santa Ana should be approved subject to all conditions excepting Condition No. 10, which said condition should be modified to read as follows: "That there be a 6-foot solid masonry wall along the South side of said area,as shown on the Plot Plan, running from the 20-foot setback line to within 20 feet of the West property line, and that there be a 5-foot solid masonry wall on the North boundary of said property from the 20-foot setback line to the existing wire fence." PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1961.
