THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SOLOMON ENTERPRISES, INC. has presented to the City
a deed dated September 21, 1961, conveying an easement for water
main purposes on the North side of Sugar Avenue, West of Verano
Street; and
presented to the City a deed dated September 18, 1961, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the West side of Fairview Avenue,
North of First Street; and
WHEREAS,
and WANDA JUNE HAMILTON have presented to the City a deed dated
September 28, 1961, conveying easements for street purposes at the
Northeast corner of Fifth Street and Gunther Place; and
EVERETT R. NORDYKE, MARY NORDYKE, WALTER G. HAMILTON
has presented to the City a deed dated September 23, 1961, conveying
vehicular access rights on the West side of Newhope Street, North of
Sugar Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1961.
