HomeMy WebLinkAboutSTRAIGHTLINE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC (6) INSURANCE ON I iLE N-2024-201-01 WORK MAY PROCEED UNTIE INSURANCE EXPIRES CITY CLERK FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH STRAIGHTLINE COMMUNICATIONS, DATE: OCT 0 4 'LO24 LLC,FOR OUTDOOR SIGNAGE DESIGN SERVICES THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above-referenced agreement is entered into on September 18, 2024, by and between Straightline Communications, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California("City"). RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement No.N-2024-201 ("Agreement") dated May 6, 2024, for outdoor signage design services. B. The Agreement is in full force and effect through June 30, 2025. C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to expand the scope and increase the compensation of the Agreement. The Parties therefore agree: 1. Section 1, Scope of Services, is hereby amended to include the Exhibit A-1 of this First Amendment. 2. Section 2a,Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total compensation by$2,720. The total not-to-exceed amount for this Agreement shall not exceed $13,420. 3. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
