OF SANTA ANA A~RF~I~E~T F~R MAINTENANCE OF STATE
HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEKEAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways~ has presented an Agreement for Maintenance of the State
Highws~ in the City of Santa Ana effective as of July 1, 1961 and to remain
in effect until amended c~ terminated.
WHEREA~, the City Council has heard read said Agre~ent in full and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
that said Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highwa~ in the City is here-
by approved and the M~or and the Clerk of the Council are directed to sign
the same on beb~!f of said City.
ADOPTED this 16th day of October~ 1961.
