AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED BY
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA IN CONSIDERATION THEREFOR
WHEREAS, FRANK E. TICER and CLARA T. TICER have presented
to the City a deed dated October 10, 1961, granting an easement for
street purposes on the West side of Andres Place, South of Melric
Drive; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a parcel of real property
located on the West side of Andres Place, South of Melric Drive and
Northerly from the easement granted by said deed dated October 10,
1961, to be quitclaimed to FRANK E. TICER and CLARA T. TICER, in
consideration for said deed, is of such a nature as to be only of
nuisance value to the adjoining land owners, said FRANK E. TICER and
CLARA T. 'rICER;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed dated October 10, 1961, and Carl J. Thornton, the
City's designated agen't, is directed to place his Certificate of
Acceptance on said deed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed to FRANK E.
TICER and CLARA T. TICER, quitclaiming a parcel of real property on
the West side of Andres Place, South of Melric Drive, and to deliver
the same to said owners.
