LIMITATIONS, CURB MARKINGS A~) PEDESTRIAN REGULATIONS
IN ACCORDANCE TH~R£WITH
~ IT RESOLVEDI That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code, Section 3201, the City declares that the portion
Resolution No. 60-182 adopted on the 19th day of September 1960 ordering
a NO PARKING ZONE established as follows~
The South side of McFadden Avenue
between Main Street and Broadway
The West 68 feet of the East 313 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDI That pursuant to the provisions of the
Santa Ann Municipal Code~ Section 3201t the City declares tha~ Resolution
No. 57-124 adopted on the 6th day of May 1957 ordering a FREIGH~ ASD PASSENC~R
LOADING ZO~ established as followsl
Fai~view Avenue (McFadden) on the
South side of FaixviewAvenue, between
Main Street and Broadway
The West 72 feet of the East 173 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the
California Vehicle Code~ Section 21458 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code~
Sections 3201 and 3218, FREIGRT LOADING ZONES are hereby established as followss
On the South side of McFadden Avenue
between South Main Street and Broadway
The West 60 feet of the East 226 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb Y~LLOW
and install signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
B~ IT FURTHHR RESOLVHDs That pursuant to the provisions of the California
Vehicle Code, Sections 21458 and 22507, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections
3201 and 3213, NO PARKING ZONHS are hereby established as follows~
On the West side of South Main Street
between McFadden Avenue and Russell
Avenue
The North 20 feet
On the South side of McFadden between
Main Street and Broadway
The East 166 feet
The West 92 feet of the East 318 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb R~D to
effectuate the regulation as hereinahove described; and
WHHREAS, the North crosswalk on Main Street at the West leg of McFadden
Avenue is not needed to serve pedestrian traffic; and
WH~RF~, adequate provision is being made for pedestrian traffic at
the South crosswalk Of the West leg of McFadden for crossing Main Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLV~D~ That pursuant to the California Vehicle
Code Sections 21106 and 21361 the North crosswalk on Main Street at the West leg
of McFadden is hereby eliminated and the Director of Public Works is directed
to erect proper signs to effectuate the above regulation.
PASSED A~D ADOPTED hy the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 16th day of October , 1961.
