THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, NORTHSIDE CHURCH OF CHRIST OF SANTA ANA, CALIFOREIA,
a religious corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated
September 20, 1961, granting two easements for street purposes, one
being located on the South side of Santa Clara Avenue, West of
Grand Avenue; the other being located on the West side of Grand
Avenue, South of Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, GLENN H. COPELAND and LORENA B. COPELAND have
presented to the City a deed dated November 16, 1961, granting an
easement for traffic signal purposes on the North side of Westminster
Avenue, East of Berrydale Street; and
WHEREAS, C. A. L. & M. PROPERTIES has presented to the City
a deed dated July 31, 1961, granting an easement for street and /~
drainage purposes on Birch Street, South of Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, S. A. REALTY COMPANY, a Delaware Corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated August 11, 1961, granting an
easement for street and drainage purposes on Birch Street, South of
Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the
