CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS ~D CURB MARKINGS ~ ACCORDA~CE THEP~W~ITH:
BE I~ RESOLVED: That pursusnt to the provisions of th~ Santa Aha Municipal
Code, Sectiou 3201, the City dec2ar~s that portion~ of:
R~;SOLUTION 60-221 adopted on the seventh day of November 1960 ordering no parking
~stablished as follows:
On the West side of Ross between 8th Street aud 10th Street
The North 2 feet of the South 5~ feet
The North 2 feet of the South 67 feet
On the North Side of Eighth Street between Ross Street and Van Ness
The West 6 feet of the East 100 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, arid the ~rector of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code Sections 2~58 and 22507 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201
and 3213,
NO P~KHqG ZONES are hereby established as follows:
On the North side of Eighth Street between Ross Street and
Van Ness Street
The West 2 feet of the East 126 feet
The West 2 feet of the East 10~ feet
The West 2 feet of the East 88 feet
On the West side of Ross Street b~t~en Eighth Street and
Tenth Street
The North 8 feet of the South 82 feet
And the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to p~int the curb RED to
effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 20th day of November , 1961.
