THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, JOHN A. O'CONNOR and JEAN M.
to the City a deed dated November 24, 1961, conveying an easement
for water main purposes on the East side of Berrydale Street, North
of Seventeenth Street; and
O' CONNOR have presented
WHEREAS, HODGES BUILDING CORPORATION, a corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated November 27, 1961, conveying an
easement for street purposes at the Northwest corner of Grand Avenue
and McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of December, 1961.
