AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEA~WITH:
BE IT P~SOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Aha
~Anicipal Code, Section 3201, the City declares that the portion of:
RESOLUTION NO. 59-111 adopted on the & day of May 1959 ordering
No parking at any time on the East side of Flower
between Bishop and Richland as follows:
The North 100 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER ~OLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the
California Vehicle Code, Section 21~58 and Santa Aha Municipal Code,
Sectic~s 3201, NO PARKING ZONE is hereby established as follows:
On the East side of Flower between Bishop
and Richland
The North 1OO feet
and the Director of Pmblic Works is hereby directed to install the NO PARK~IG
from 7:O0 A.M. to ~:00 P.M. signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove
described.
