CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, J. D. BUCHANAN, EVELYN JOYCE BUCHANAN, JAY DUDLEY
BUCHANAN and S. P. I. DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation, have
presented to the City a deed dated May 11, 1961, conveying three
parcels of real property for street and incidental purposes;
Parcel 1 being for the extension of St. Gertrude Place, between
Grand Avenue and the Southern Pacific Railroad; Parcel 2 being located
on the West side of Grand Avenue,
being for Hathaway Street, South
Place and North of Warner Avenue;
North of Warner Avenue; Parcel 3
from said extension Of 'St. Gertrude
and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the
