LISH FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF
McFADDEN AVENUE, AND FIXING DATE OF HEARING THEREON
WHEREAS, the Planning Cormnission, after public hearing, has
recommended fuDu~e right of way lines as herein set out;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha declares its intention to establish building
setback lines under the designation of Future Right of Way Lines,
as follows:
(bb) McFadden Avenue
Between the Santa Aha River and Fairview Street, on
both sides, measured 42 feet from and at right angles to
the survey center line.
Between Fairview Street and Clara Street, onthe
North side, measured 54 feet from and at right angles to
the survey center line.
Between Fairview Street and Clara Street, on the
South side, measured 30 feet from and at right angles to
the survey center line.
Between Clara Street and a point 211 feet East of
the center line of Clara Street~ on the North side, begin-
ning at a point on the center line of Clara Street 54 feet
North of the center line of McFadden Avenue and extending
Easterly to a point 42 feet North of the center line of
McFadden Avenue and 211 feet East of the center line of
Clara Street; and on the South side beginning at a point
on the center line of Clara Street 30 feet South of the
*enter line of McFadden Avenue and extending Easterly to
a point 211 feet East of the center line of Clara Street
and 42 feet South of the center line of McFadden Avenue.
Between Broadway and a point 211 feet East of the
center line of Clara Street, on both sides measured 42
feet from and at right angles to the survey center line
of McFadden Avenue.
Between Broadway and Main Street, measured on both
sides, 40 feet from and at right angles to the su~ey
center line of McFadden Avenue.
Between Main Street and the East corporate limits
measured on both sides 42 feet from and at right angles
to the survey center line of McFadden Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 21st day of
March, 1960, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, ~Faird and Main
Street, City of Santa Ana, California,~hereby established as the
time and place when all persons objecting to the establishment of
said lines may appear and be heard.
The Clerk of the Council is directed to publish this once
in the Register~ and the Director o£ Public Works is directed to
post copies ofI this Resolution along NcFadden Avenue in front of
block or part thereof where such lines are proposed to be established.
Both publication and posting shall be completed at least ten days be-
fore the time of hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by said City Council at its regular meeting
held on February 15, 1960.
