C.~T.~ IS PAYING [~0 CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, FRANCIS E. PENHALL and ~ ~ PENHALL have de-
livered to the City a deed dated February 2, 1960, conveying an
easement for water main purposes on the South side of Bolsa,
East of Harbor Boulevard; and
~EREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, ~I~{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
