CLAIM DEED GRANTING ACCESS TO WESTMINSTER AVENUE
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property granted
to the City all vehicular access rights to Westminster Avenue, have
now requested a driveway location across said area, and the City
has determined to grant the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to e=_Xecute a Quit Claim Deed
quitclaim, in~ to M. SHINODA and SAD~K0 SHINODA_all vehicular access
__rights to Westminster,?venue over .the westerly 16.00 feet of the
easterly 103.87 feet of Lot 23, Tract Number 3523, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 124, Page 23 of Miscellaneous ~aps,
Records of Orange County, California, and to deliver the same to
said owners.
PASSED t~D ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of March, 1960.
