FUTURE RIGHT OF W--~ LINES ALONG FIRST STREET-BOLSA AV~Q UE
AND DYER ROAD ~
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public nearing, nas
recommended future right of wa~ lines as herein set out;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana declares its intention to establish building set-
back lines under the designation of Future Right of Way Lines, as
follows:
(dd) ~irst Street - Bolsa Avenue
On both sides between the West corporate limits and Harbor
Boulevard, measured 60 feet North and South of, and paral-
el to the survey centerline of Bolsa Avenue.
On the North side, between Harbor Boulevard and Townsend
Street, measured 52 feet North of and par~lel to the
survey centerline.
On the South side between Harbor Boulevard and Center
Street, measured 52 feet Sout~ of and parallel to the
survey centerline.
On the South side between Center Street and the point
where the South line of Walnut Street intersects the
South line of First Street, measured 55 feet South of
and parallel to the survey centerline of First Street.
On t he North side between Minnie Street and the Santa
Aha Freeway, measured 33 feet North of and parallel to the
survey centerline of First Street.
On the South side between Minnie Street and t~e Santa Ana
Freeway, measured 71 feet from and at right angles to the
survey centerline.
On both sides between t~e Santa Ana Freeway and the East
corporate limits, measured 52 feet from and at right
angles to the survey centerline cf First Etreet.
(ce) Dyer Road (Proposed Talbert Avenue)
On both sides between Main Street and a point 348 feet
East of the centerline of Orange Avenue, measured 50 feet
North and South of ac d par~lel to the construction
centerline of Dyer Road,!on file in Department of ~ublic
Works~
On both sides between a point 348 feet East of the center-
line of Orange and Newport Avenues, measured 50 feet
North and South of md parallel to the survey centerline
of Dyer Road.
BEIT~FURTHER'RESOLVED: That' 7;30 P.M. on the 18th day of~
April, 1960, ~in the CoUncil Cha~berS~ ~lty H-a~ll~ Third ~as~ Maim'~reets,
Santa Ana, California is hereby designated as the time a~d place when
all persons objecting to tne establishment of said lines may appear
and be heard.
The Ch rk of the Council is directed to publish this once in
the Register, and the Director of Public Works is directed to pest
copies of this Resolution along First Street-Bolsa Avenue, and
along Dyer Road in front of bleck or part thereof w~ere such lines
are proposed to be established. Both publ~ation and posting Shall
be completed at least ten days before the time ef hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by said City Council at its regular meeting
held on March 21, 1960.
