Division of Highways, has presented Amen~nt N,,m~er 4 to the Agreement i-or
Maintenance of the State Highway im the City of Santa Aaa dated January 1, 1~60.
WH]~JKA~, the City Council has hear~ read said Amendment Nnmher ~ in full
amd is familiar with the con,ants thereol';
THEREFORE, ~e it resolved hy the City Council of the City of Sauta Aaa
that said Amendment Number 4 is hereby approved end the Ma~or and the Clerk of
the Council are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
