RESOLUTION 6G-OS
CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB kIARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Sections 214§8aand 2250? and the Santa Aha ~unicipal Code, Sections 3201, 3213, 3214,
3217, 3218 and 3215, the City of Santa Aha declares that:
1. 24-minute parking zones are hereby established as follows: Westside of
Broadway between Eighth and Tenth Streets as follows~
South 76 of the North 84
2. Passenger and/or freight loading zone are hereby established as follows:
West side of Broadway between Eighth and Tenth Streets as follows:
South 64 of the North 148
and the Director of the Public Works Department is hereby directed toplace the
appropriate signs and markings to effectuate the above declarations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of /he City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the ~th day of April 1960.
