IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION

to the City a deed dated March 30, 1960, conveying an easement for
street purposes, on the West side of Main Street at Twelfth Street;
and
WHEREAs, J. /13ct
have delivered to the City a deed dated February 29, 1960, convey-
ing an easement for road purposes on the East side of Bristol,
Hemlock to San Lorenzo, and the South one-half of Hemlock, East of
Bristol; and
have delivered to the City a deed dated February 29, 1960, convey-
ing an easement for street and public utility purposes on the West
one-half of the alley South of Hemlock, on the West side of Tract
No. 3680; and

City a deed dated February 11, 1960, conveying an easement for
street and public utility purposes over the East one-half of the
alley, South of Hemlock, on the East side of Tract No. 3680; and
WHEREAS. ZUR NIEDEN and HEL~NE J. ZUR ~ 1~ ~
delivered to the City a deed dated March 24, 1960, conveying an
easement for street purposes over the North side of Edinger, East
of Gordon; and
to the City a deed dated March 1, 1960, quitclaiming an easement
for water lines, sewer main and drainage pipes on Sixth Street,
East of Ma~bury, Tract No. 3708; and
WHEREAS, EMILy J. F~YHURST has delivered to the City a //
deed dated March 15, 1960, conveying an easement for water mains
on the South side of Seventeenth, East of Harbor; and
H M CANTRE~ and ALTA L. CANTRELL
W~EREAS, H ~ .~ CANTR~
have delivered a deed to the City granting an easement for road ~i'qC
and public utility purposes, dated January 14, 1960, on Lewis
Street, North of Trask~ and
WHEREAs, JOSEPH J. CATHERINA has delivered to the City a deed
dated March 25, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on
the North side of Brook, East of Bristol; and
to the City a deed dated March 25, 1960, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Brook Street, East of Bristol;
and
the City a deed dated March 21st, 1960, granting property for the
South side of Sugar, East of Harbor, and granting vehicular access
rights to Sugar Avenue, EXCEPTING five driveways; and
WHEREAS, D~__~!? n. TV~--TN ~RATRRS ~ORP. has presented a
deed dated March 23, 1960, conveying the same identical property
and access rights, and excepting the same five driveways; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the ~ity;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.. That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of April, 1960.
