COUNCIL OF SANTA ANA TO COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER
THE ANNEXATION ACT OF 1913
WHEREAS, residents and property owners in the area lying
Northeasterly of the present Santa Ana City boundaries, have request-
ed the City of Santa Ana to consent to the initiation of proceedings
as required by Section 35106 of the Government Code, for an annexation
to be known as the "Seventeenth and Wright N. E. Annex" by the filing
of a petition requesting the same, and
WHEREAS, a map and description of the boundaries of said area
have been presented to the Planning Co~L~t~ission of the City of Santa
Ana for their consideration, and said Planning Commission has reported
to this City Council and has recommended that said annexation be con-
sented to, approved, and carried forward by this City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
city of Santa Aha hereby consents to the commencement of proceedings
for the annexation of territory to be known as 'Seventeenth and
Wright N. E. Annex", in accordance with the map and description
heretofore presented to the Santa Aha Planning Commission and to
this City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
