RESOLUTION NO. ,60-86/CORRECTING AND AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. ~ GRANTING VARIANCE ON
APPLICATION NO. 1243.
WHEREAS, on April 18, 1960, the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana adopted Resolution No. 60-73 granting a Variance on
Application No.i243; and
WHEREAS, a condition provided with reference to property
known and numbered as 1832 West Seventeenth Street, Santa Aha,
California, read as follows:
"(2) A drive of not less than 10 feet in width along the
West side of this Seventeenth Street lot shall be
built in order to afford better access to the park-
ing lot."
and it was the intention that a drive of not less than 10 feet in
width along the East side of the Seventeenth Street lot be built
in order to afford better access to the parking lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the condition numbered
(2) with reference to the property known and numbered as 1832 West
Seventeenth Street, Santa Ana, California is hereby corrected and
amended to read as follows:
"(2)
A drive of not less than 10 feet in width along the
East side of this Seventeenth Street lot shall be
built in order to afford better access to the park-
ing lot."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of May, 1960.
