CONCEDING INTERSECTION CONTROL IN A/~CORDANCE 'I'HEREW±'I~:
~E IT RESOLVED: ~at pursuant to the provisioms of the California Vehicle Code,
Sections 21351, 21354 and 21356, and the Santa Aha ~nicipal Code, Section 3201,
the City of ~t~a Aha declares that: "YIELD" intersection adopted by Resolution 56-281
on 5th day of November 1956, is hereby repealed and rescinded as follows:
All North and South bound traffic on Ross Street shall YIELD RIGHT OF WAY
to traffic on Nineteenth Street.
Stop intersection is hereby established as follows:
All North and Seuthbo~ud ~raffic on Ross Street shall "STOP" to traffic on
Nineteenth Street.
~e Director of Public Works is hereby directed to place the appropriate signs and
markings to effectuate the above declarations.
AND ADOPit~D by the Cc~ucil of the City of Santa Aua at its regular ~eeting
on the 2nd .day of May 1960.
