IS PAYING CASH C~NSIDERATION
WHEREAS,
JR®
J. FRANK/and q..F~L. OTTE L. WARRE_ N have presented
to the City two deeds dated April 19, 1960, granting street
easement on the North side of First Street West of King in con-
sideration of the payment of $3330.00; and
WHEREAS, HARR____~I_ET CHAPMAN BUTLER has presented to the City
two deeds dated April 22, 1960, conveying street easement on the
North side of First Street West of Sullivan in consideration of
the paYment of $1420.00; and
WHEREAS, FIDELIS M. and JOSEPHINE WURTHhave presented to
the City a deed dated April 23, 1960, conveying street easement
on the North side of First Street West of Sullivan in considera-
tion of the payment of $133.00; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD and ESTHER MASTER have presented to the
City a deed dated April 22, 1960 conveying street easement on the
North side of First Street East of Sullivan An consideration of
the payment of $320.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana.
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on each
of said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day 1960.
