Mural Mosaic will provide the design and production of a 1 2x24 foot outdoor Mural Mosaic:
• America Connects Heart& Home National Mural.
• Custom Mural design by Lewis Lavoie, painted by participants from around the world—see mural design live grid
HERE.
• Inclusion of 50 painted tiles from Santa Ana community—additional tile kits available up to 150 total at cost; $10
each.Tiles to be shipped to community immediately.
• Lewis Lavoie and in-house art team to produce additional professional key paintings necessary to bring mosaic to
life.
• Travel to Santa Ana, CA for unveiling moment.
• Consultation and coordination of mural printing and delivery to installation location.
• Liaison between mural printer source and community for smooth delivery process in time for unveiling on a date
between February 17-26, 2025,to be finalized ASAP.
• Press Release and social media broadcasting of location and installation moment.
City of Santa Ana Parks & Recreation will provide:
• Collaboration with Mural Mosaic team for mural installation and unveiling.
• Distribute paint kits provided—all instructions for participants to paint and submit their tiles are inside each kit with a
submission deadline January 15th, 2025. No need to track distribution or collection of paintings.
• Mural installation on receiving wall.
• Unveiling moment for mural reveal with Lewis& Paul from Mural Mosaic for photo and video opportunties—this can
be a small gathering of participants from community or a larger event at the discretion of community.
Cost:
• Not to exceed $7,500 ($6,000 USD due on agreement)
• Bank Wire Transfers or Credit Card payments accepted
