IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ~DWARD P. BENZMILLER and FLORENCE E. BENZMILLER have //%6
presented to the City a deed dated June 4, 1960, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the East sade of Main Street, South of Edgewood
Street; and
WHEREAS, HAROLD R- ENGLISH and VELMA LORETTA ENGLISH have pre- //~
sented to the City a deed dated June 8, 1960, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the East side of Main Street, South of Edgewood
Street; and
WHEREAS, FRED S. VAN VLIET and DORIS P. VAN VLIET have presented $~
to the City a deed dated June 7, 1960, conveying an easement for street
purposes on East side of Main Street, North of Owens Drive; and
WHEREAS, HAROLD A. DAVIS and EMMA JEAN DAVIS have presented to ~
the City a deed dated June 1, 1960, conveying all vehicular access
rights to the Southeast corner of Bristol and Russell Streets; and
WHEREAS, MYRTLE E. SEARS and MYRTLE A. ANDERSON have presented /~
to the City a deed dated June 9, 1960, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the West side of Main Street, South of Roe Drive; and
WHEREAS, FRANCES M. McCARTER has presented to the City a deed /~
dated February 23, 1960~ conveying an easement for street purposes
on the Northweat corner of Main and Nineteenth Streets; and
WHEREAS, URICH ENTERPRISES INC., a California Corporation, has /~
presented to the City a deed dated June 17, 1960, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the Southeast corner of Bolsa and Verano Streets;
and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of June, 1960.
