CONCERNING INTERSECTION CONTROL IN ACCORDANCE THERWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Sections 21351~ 21354 aud 21356~ and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201~ the
City of Santa Aha declares that: YIELD intersection adopted by Resolution 57-178 on
first day of July 1957~ is hereby repealed and rescinded as follows:
All East and West bound traffic on Eighth Street shall YIELD RIGHT OF WAY
to traffic on Spurgeon Street.
STOP intersection is hereby established as follows:
All East and Westbound traffic on Eighth Street shall STOP to traffic on
Spurgeon Street.
The Director of Public Works is hereby directed to place the appropriate signs and
markings to effectuate the above declarations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the 20th day of June 1960.
