IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ~t~.S. BUILDER~, a joint venture composed of ~ ~
~~ill~am G. Sommerville and Irwin B. N.e~W.~ouse, has presented
to the City a deed, without date, which will ~e dated upon recording,
granting Lots Ten and Eleven of Tract No. 3737, as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 13~., Pages 26 & 27 .. ,~.of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, in consideration of the payment of ~
dated June 29, 1960, conveying Lot 10 in Block "A" of Chilton Tract
Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Aha, and located o~the
East side of Garnsey Street, 104 feet North of Sixth Street, in con-
sideration of the payment of $12,800.00; and

have presented to the City a deed dated June 22, 1960, conveying Lot 7
in Block "A" of Chilton Tract Addition to Santa Ana, and located in
the Civic Center area on the East side of Garnsey Street, South of
Eighth Street, in consideration of the payment of $11,750.00; and
WHEREAS, WANDA GORACKE and,~,~E~ E. GORACKE have presented to ~/~
the City a deed dated June 27, 1960, granting to the City Lot 9 in
Block "A" of Chilton Tract Addition as shown on a map recorded in
Book 34, Page 93 of Miscellaneous Records, Los Angeles County, California,
in consideration of the payment of $13,800.00. Said property is located
in the Civic Center area on the East side of Garnsey Street South of
Eighth Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on each of said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by thei~ity Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of July, 1960.
