3215, traffic reg~latiems are hereby established as fellews: The West side ef
ROSS STREET, Seuth ef Haleswerth as fellews:
The Se~th ~ feet ef the Nerth 73 feet measured frem the
Seuth curb line ef Haleswerth
and the Directer ef Public Werks is hereby directed te paint the curb G~.~ and
install signs te effectuate the regulatien as hereinabove described.
