Property Appraisal Services
On November 16, 2021, the City of Santa Ana entered into the above referenced Agreement (A-2021-221-
02) with Integra Realty Resources — Los Angeles. On March 10, 2023, Ellis Group, Inc. dba Integra Realty
Resources — Los Angeles was acquired by CBRE, Inc. Pursuant to Section 15 of the Agreement, City
acknowledges the acquisition and the City will refer to CBRE, Inc., as the Consultant, in any future
correspondence or matters regarding the Agreement.
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, the term of the Agreement is hereby
extended for an additional one-year period through November 15, 2025. Any insurance certificates are
required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the
Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
