Dear Mr. Bailey,
Pursuant to Section 4 ("Term") of the above referenced Agreement, entered into between SenseMakers
LLC, and the City of Santa Ana, dated December 1, 2020, the time period of the Agreement is further
extended for an additional one (1) year period through November 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions
of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
