HomeMy WebLinkAbout60-167Book !7, Page 276 Indexed Compared RESOLUTION NO. 60-167 AUTHORIZING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR PROCEDURE ON VARIANCE AND TEMPORARY DIRECTIONAL SIGN APPLICATIONS C: Public Works Planning Building WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha has adopted Resolution No. 5960 recommending to the City Council that the Zoning Administrator Procedure be established to deal with variance applications and requests for temporary directional signs, and the City Council concurs with such recommendation. NOW, THEREEORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby authorizes, initiates and establishes the Zoning Administrator Procedure for the City as provided for and set out in the Land-Use Ordinance of 1960. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Procedure shall be fol- lowed in relation to all variance applications, subject to the Administrator's own determination as to which variance applications involve matters of policy or are of sufficient significance to be referred to the Planning Commission for hearing before that body; and to hearings on requests for temporary directional signs to be permitted by conditional use permit. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Procedure shall be in effect on and after october 1, 1960.
