CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ALBERT A~.MADZOEFF and HELEN MADZOEFF have presented
to the City a deed dated September 6, 1960, granting to the City
a parcel of land and an easement for road purposes, located on the
East side of Flower Street, South of Eighth Street, in the City of
Santa Ana, in consideration of the payment of $25,200.00. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45268-C with the
Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broad,ray, Santa Ana,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of September, 1960.
