CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, AN~ ~_ SEGERSTROM, NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, I-IA~pLD
VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR.,
JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM,
and ANN SEGERST~OM have presented to the City a deed dated August 4,
1960, conveying an easement for street purposes for Susan Street,
from Segerstrom Road to Talbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
