vacation of these streets and alleys was
never officially recorded.
The proposed action will rescind, rectify,
and finalize these right-of-way actions,
ensuring proper alignment for the school
property. Additionally, it will grant the
City the necessary right-of-way to
proceed with the Bristol-Tolliver Street
Urban Greening Project, approved in
2023.
