CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
W~EREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, a corporation,
has presented to the City a deed dated September, 28, 1960, conveying
an easement for street purposes on the North side of Eighth Street,
West of Van Ness Avenue; and
WHEREAS, EnwARD JOHN COSTET.T.~ has presented to the City a deed
dated September 23, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on
the East side of Flower Street, South of Washington Avenue; and
WHEREAS, F. J. PARKE has presented to the City a deed dated
September 22, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the
East side cf Berrydale Street, South of Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, _.MARY'' JOSEPHINE.., , ,. ,,,, McKENZIE has presented to the City
deed dated September 7, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the East side of Berrydale Street, South of Trask Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its
regular meeting held on the 3rd day of October, 1960.
