QUITCLAIM DEED TO LYLE C. AND OLIVE BLYSTONE
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore authorized execution of
Escrow Instructions No. 44741-C with the Security Title Insurance
Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California, to acquire an
easement for street purposes on the Northeast corner of First Street
and Fairview Avenue from L~le C..gnaand u±~Olive Bi stone~ ............ and
?~EREAS, said Instructions provide that the City execute a
Quitclaim Deed to said ~le C. and Olive Blystone for certain
property located on the East Side of Fa~rvi~w Avenue, North of First
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby
instructs the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Quit-
claim Deed to Lyle C. Blystone and Olive Blystone quitclaiming that
property described as follows:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 10, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 10, and
running thence South 89° 34' 00" West along the South line of
said Section 10, 760.03 feet; thence North 00° 01' 15" West
63.62 feet to the true point of beginning;° thence North 00°
01 15 West 265.97 feet, thence South 89 34 00" West 9.00
feet; thence~outh 2° 53' 00" East 100.12 feet; thence South
00° 01' 15" East 152.4~ feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 25.00
feet; thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve through
a central angle of 32° 51' 36" a distance of 14.34 feet to the
true point of beginning.
Grantor hereby reserves all vehicular access rights to
Fairview Street from the lands lying East of the East line of
the property above described, excepting over those portions of
said land described as follows: (a) The Southerly 35 feet of
the Northerly 85 feet, (b) the Southerly 35 feet of the
Northerly 199.59 feet.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of October, 1960.
