DEDICATION AS SHOWN ON MAPS OF TRACT NO.
2207 AND TRACT NO. 2208
WHEREAS, heretofore, final subdivision maps of Tract No. 2207
and Tract NO. 2208 were approved by the City of Santa Ana and were
recorded as provided for by the Statutes of this State; which said
maps showed strips of land reserved for drainage purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
hereby accepts the drainage easements
said two Tract Maps as follows:
That the City of Santa Ana
offered by the recording of
The Westerly 30 feet of Tract No. 2207, as shown on
the map thereof recorded in Book 62, Pages 23 and 24
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California; and
The Westerly 30 feet of Tract No. 2208, as shown on
the map thereof recorded in Book 64, Pages 23 and 24
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City cf Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1?th day of 0c~e~er . ,
