residents and property owners in the area lying
ziortheasterly of the present Santa Aha City boundaries have filed a
request that ~his City consent to the initiation of proceedings for
annexation as required by Section 35106 of the Govermaent Code; and
map and description of the boundaries of said area
have been presented to the Planning Commission of the City of Santa
Ana for their consideration, and said Planning Cor~aission has reported
to this City Council and has reco~nended that said annexation be con-
sented to and approved by this City Council.
N~[, THEREFORE, BE I'£ RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana hereby consents to the commencement of proceedings
for the annexation of territory to be known as "Pairhaven and
Es Q~nade West Annex", in accordance with the map and description
heretofore ~resented to the Santa Aha Planning Co~u~ission and to
this City Council.
