WHEREAS, m~;ELYN [.~. ROPER and EARL H. ROPER have ~oresented to
the City a deed dated September 15, 1960 conveying an easement for
street purposes on the South side of frask Avenue, East of Berrydale
Street; and
%'HnR~aS, HUBERT !~ELTON and RENA ~4ELTOI,~ have presented to the
City a deed dated ~[ovember 2, 1960, conveying an easement for stree
purposes on the North side of Edinger Street, West of Fairview
Street; and Hubert and. Rena Melton portion of this Reso rescinded by Reso 60-277
(see attached ~eso 60-277)
W~HEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NO?i, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Ceztif~cate of Acceptance on said deeds.
