RESOLU'~ION NO. 60-216 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF QUITCLAIM DEED
WHEREAS, heretofore, the City Council, at its regular meeting
held on the 7th day of November, 1960, by Resolution No. 60-216,
authorized the execution of a Quitclaim Deed quitclaiming to MARGARET
L. HALL EDWARD~ i~. HA~L~L~.~ a~nd_~T~H~Ol~L~Y~O~ HALL all of the vehicular
access rights on the West side of Standard Avenue, South of Edinger
Street; and
WHEREAS, it was subsequently determined that said MARGARET L.
HALLr ~ and THOMAS LYON HALL are no longer the owners
of the certain property; and it was determined that that portion of
Resolution No. 60-216 authorizing execution of a Quitclaim Deed to
said Grantees should be rescinded, and that the execution of a Quit-
claim Dee~ quitclaiming to the GULF OIL CORPORATION OF CALIFORNIA said
vehicular access rights, should be authorized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: .~_a_t that ortion of Resolution
No. 60-216 authorizing thee e~e~tion of a Quitclaim Deed quitclaiming
vehicular access rights on the West side of Standard Avenue, South of
Edinger Street and to deliver the same to said owners, ~
rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: 'Iquat the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed quitclaiming to
the GULF OIL CORPORATION OF CALIFORNIA all the vehicular access rights
on the West side of Standard Avenue, South of Edinger Street, and to
deliver the same to said owner.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of Noven%ber, 1960.
