QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ASIA
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property dedicated
to the City all vehicular access rights on the South side of First
Street, West of Daisy Street, and the owner, HAZEL CUBBON GREENLEAF,
has now requested driveway locations across said area, and the City
has determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed quit-
claiming to HAZEL CUBBO~ GREENLEAF all of the vehicular access rights
on the South side of First Street, West of Daisy Street, and to
deliver the same to said owner.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of November, 1960.
