DEDICATION OF PROPOSED SIXTH STREET IN TRACT NO.
1078
WHEREAS, Tract 14ap No. 107~ was filed with and approved by
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange, State of California,
on August 17th, 1943, for certain property situated in said County; and
WHEREAS, said Tract Map contained a provision that an area
indicated by said Map as reserved for highway purposes was offered
for dedication, and that said dedication should become effective when
accepted; and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana, by Ordinance No. NS-367,
adopted March 23, 1959, annexed said Tract to said City, and said
dedication has never been accepted.
NO~~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Dedication of that
area indicated as reserved for highway purposes per Tract ~Iap No. 1073,
recorded in Book 35, Page 7, ~iscellaneous 14ap, Records of Orange
county, State of California, is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of November, 1960.
