CONCERNING PARKING LI~LITATIOI~S AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
B~ IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the ~rovisic~s of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 2]3+58, and the Santa Aha Municipal Cods, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City
declares:
RESOLUTION 57-22 adopted on the Fourth day of February, 1957, ordering the curb
painted YELLOW as follows:
Third Street
On the north side of Third Street between Sycamore
Street and Broadway as follow:
West 19 feet of the East 99 feet
is hereby repealed m~d rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint to be removed or covered on said curb.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code, Section 21&58, and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3218,
Passenger and/or freight loading zone are hereby sstablished as follows:
Third Street
On the South side of Third Street between Broadway
and Sycamore Street as follows:
West 30 feet of the East ll6 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb
and install si&ms to effectuate the regulation as herein.bore described.
BE IT FbY~R gESOLYED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code, Section 2L458~ and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201, and 3215,
the City declares:
RESOLUTION 55-2&7 adopted on the twenty-sLxth day of September,1955, ordering the
curb painted YELLOW as follows:
Third Street
On the South side of Third Street between Sycamore
Street and Broadway as follows:
East 17 feet, 6 inches of the West 27 feat
is hereby repe~]ed ~m~ ~e~cinded, a~d the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the pa~mt to be removed or covered on said curb.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the 21st day of w~m~ 1960.
