CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS M~D CURB i*~LRKINGS IN ACCORDanCE THERAWITH:
PE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 21A58 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City
declares:
RESOLUTION 57-277 adopted on the Fourth day of November, 1957 ordering the curb painted
yellow as follows:
Fourth Street
On the North side of Fourth Street between M~in
Street and Bush Street as follows:
East ~7 feet of the West 67 feet
Is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint to be removed or covered on said curbs.
BE IT FURT~ ~SOL%~D: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code, Section 21~58 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 ~nd 3218, Passenger
and/or freight loading zono are hereby established as follows:
Fourth Street
On the South side of Fourth Street Between Main
Street and Bush Street as follows:
East 19 feet of the West 39 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb YELLOW and
install signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.

on' the 21mt day of N~vem~er ~960.
