RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICA-
TIONS AND M_AP OF THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN
GOLDEN WEST AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS (ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO.'~04) IN SAID CITY
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of
Santa Aha, California, has submitted to the City Council,
pursuant to its order, plans, profiles, specifications and
map of the Assessment District, for construction of certain
improvements in Golden West Avenue and other streets
(Assessment District No. 204) in said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plans, profiles, specifications
and map of the Assessment District known as Assessment District
No. 204, of the City of Santa Aha, California, be and the same
are each hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. That the said plans, profiles, specifications
and map shall be filed in the Office of the Director of Public
Works and copies thereof in the Office of the Clerk of the
Council of said City.
